You open this dialog box by: SChoosing a generated list or index in the Generate/Book dialog box and then clicking Generate VChoosing a generated list or index in the Add File to Book dialog box and then clicking Add JSelecting a generated file in a book window and then choosing Set Up File from the File menu VAfter setting up a generated file, use Generate/Update to update the book and generate the file. Filename Suffix 4Shows the suffix FrameMaker attaches to the ra ,generated filename.
